The cafés are not listed in order from best to worst – this is simply a selection of the 15 best.

1. Ema Espresso Bar

2. Kro Coffee

3. Mama Coffee

There are seven Mama Coffee cafés in Prague. Our favourite is the one in Vodičkova, so all the information provided here relates to that particular branch.

#kamvpraze tip: Here, too, we’d recommend not just their coffee, but also their breakfasts – banana bread with homemade nut butter or their seasonal avocado on toast are famous all over Prague! Just a word of warning – you won’t be able to sit down at the Barrandov branch; it’s more suited to takeaway.

#kamvpraze tip: The Francin family has recently expanded with a new branch in Smíchov – GoFrancin. We haven’t tried it ourselves yet, but we’ve heard nothing but good things!
