Cafés serving the best coffee in Prague
1. Ema Espresso Bar

#kamvpraze tip: We particularly recommend heading to Ema in Prague 1 first thing in the morning to make sure you get a seat! Try their homemade buns or Linzer hearts with your coffee.
2. Kro Coffee

#kamvpraze tip: Do try the baked goods from the local bakery in Vršovice – we always take some of their sourdough bread home with us!
3. Mama Coffee
There are seven Mama Coffee cafés in Prague. Our favourite is the one in Vodičkova, so all the information provided here relates to that particular branch.

#kamvpraze tip: We love the Vodičkova branch partly because it’s absolutely perfect for working or studying. Excellent coffee, great snacks all day long, and a glass of wine in the evening – what more could you ask for?
4. Typhoon Coffee

#kamvpraze tip: Give the seasonal specials a go – for example, they had an iced strawberry matcha latte here in the summer!
5. Super Tramp Coffee

6. Gram Café & Bistro

#kamvpraze tip: Here, too, we’d recommend not just their coffee, but also their breakfasts – banana bread with homemade nut butter or their seasonal avocado on toast are famous all over Prague! Just a word of warning – you won’t be able to sit down at the Barrandov branch; it’s more suited to takeaway.

#kamvpraze tip: The Francin family has recently expanded with a new branch in Smíchov – GoFrancin. We haven’t tried it ourselves yet, but we’ve heard nothing but good things!
